Fear Factored: The Mad Science Of Creating Terror In A Scene: (Course overview)

Sol brings the bump in the night, where Freddy is just your average guy. The psychology of fear can be illusion or physical sensation. Only the mind knows, or does it?

Lets manipulate a few minds and see what kind of puddle will be left. What are the factors of fear and how do we find them in those we love…to strike fear in? Fear play goes beyond physical sensation to involved the mind to unlock the terror within. Sol will discuss how to find triggers and exploit them, and the construction of fear in BDSM play.

Kinbaku, from Torture and Torment to Sensual Art: The Art of Japanese Rope Bondage (Course overview)

Discussing Japanese rope bondage, Sol travels through word and example from feudal Japan to today's Kinbaku-bi (Shibari).

Examine the art and rich tradition, from Samurai practices such as hojojutsu and the influence of the Edo period to today's practice of sensual bondage. Sol will demonstrate historical ties and translation to sensual art. Shibari brings the mystery of Japanese terms.

We know it is beautiful yet miss the origins of this art. We will discuss a few terms and learn a little of the history that makes Kinbaku so special. Rope will be discussed as a tool that used creatively and with spirit brings beauty and connection.
